Mask Protocol
Mask Protocol is a first-person stealth infiltration game where you must sabotage and destroy an AI Datacenter before it's too late.
Your Mission: Infiltrate the high-security AI datacenter and hack three of the four satellite server terminals to gain access to the central AI mainframe. Once inside, plant a bomb and escape the facility before detonation. But there's a catch: you must keep your identity concealed with your trusty balaclava mask at all times.
The mask keeps you anonymous from surveillance systems, but its narrow eye slits severely hamper your vision while navigating corridors and completing objectives. You'll be tempted to remove it for better awareness, but do so for too long and the facility's AI will detect your presence, alerting security guards who will hunt you down relentlessly.
Gameplay:
- Limited Vision: See the world through the narrow slits of your mask. Remove it for better awareness, but risk detection by security cameras and AI surveillance
- Strategic Stealth: Avoid or outmaneuver security guards with limited vision cones. Use the tactical minimap (only when mask is off) to track their positions
- Hacking Minigames: Breach servers with wire-tracking puzzles, Simon Says sequences, and virus uploads to gain access to the mainframe
- Time Pressure: An exposure meter tracks how long you've been unmasked. Too much exposure triggers a facility lockdown with enhanced security. Keep your mask on to slowly reduce your exposure value.
- Desperate Escape: After planting the bomb, find the randomly-placed escape door and flee before the 60-second countdown expires
Controls:
- WASD to move, Q/E to move camera, Mouse to look while wearing mask
- SPACE to interact with servers/mainframe
- F to toggle your mask on/off
Can you trust your instincts when you can barely see what's ahead? Good luck, infiltrator.

Love putting on the mask shiftily. Very hard game! I like how the colours of the wire matching minigame goes away when masked. Fun concept. Great work!
